Presentation Guidelines
Oral Presentations
Oral presentations are 20-minute talks followed by a 10-minute Q&A session. Presenters must submit a 10-page abstract and a 15-minute presentation script. The format is strictly timed to ensure all sessions run on schedule.
Poster Presentations
Poster presentations are displayed in a dedicated area during the symposium. Authors are expected to be present to discuss their work with attendees for 30 minutes. The poster must be a single, high-impact visual with clear scientific content.

Templates and Formatting
Review Process
Authors are invited to submit original research papers addressing topics within the scope of the symposium. Submissions must be in English and must not exceed 12 pages in length, including references.
Manuscripts must be prepared using the official ESCAPE37 LaTeX template. The template is available on the conference website. Manuscripts must be submitted in PDF format only.
Submitted papers will undergo a rigorous peer-review process by members of the International Program Committee. Authors will be notified of the outcome of the review by the end of the submission deadline.
