Abstract Submission Guidelines:

​

  • Provide a descriptive title, begin with a capital letter and otherwise use sentence case

  • The title must not be written entirely in capital letters

  • The title should not exceed 15 words

  • The abstract must be filled out in text within the portal with a 500 words limit

  • Figures and tables are not accepted in the abstract

  • Avoid abbreviations unless they are widely recognised. It should clearly indicate the main topic and, where possible, the key findings or unique contribution of the study

  • In the submission portal, you must provide the names and details of all author(s)

 

The portal includes instructions and all tools for submission. Prefered presentation may be oral or poster. Full papers are published in Systems and Control Transactions.

​If you want to make a contribution then the first step is to submit an abstract (max. 500 words). If this is accepted, then you will be invited to submit a full paper (max. 8 pages in two-column format) which will go through a careful peer review process.

For accepted abstracts, we also offer an option to submit a 2-page short paper, but this will not be indexed and published in Systems and Control Transactions.

Each registration (both full and student) allows for one paper. Additional papers can be included in the conference at a fee of 300EUR
