Participants select a registration type and complete a form with their details and accepted-paper IDs. Registration fees are subject to the early-bird and late-bird fee tables provided.
Regular Participant
Includes submission of papers and full banquet access.

Registration Fees and Cancellation Policy
Payment Methods
Registration fees for ESCAPE37 are payable online through our secure payment portal. All transactions are processed via major credit cards and international bank transfers. Participants are encouraged to complete their registration prior to the early-bird deadline to secure the most favorable rates.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
The symposium reserves the right to cancel any registration due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be issued for all fees paid. However, no refunds will be granted for registrations canceled after the official registration deadline, as confirmed by the NTNU Organizing Committee.
