Visa and Invitation

Participants from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) are required to obtain a visa to attend the symposium. The official invitation letter is issued by the European Federation of Chemical Engineering (EFCE) and the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).

Registration is the first step in the process. Upon confirmation of participation, the organizing committee will issue a formal invitation letter. This letter is essential for visa applications and must be submitted to the relevant embassy or consulate in your home country.

Visa requirements vary by nationality. It is the responsibility of the participant to verify the specific documentation required by their home country's immigration authorities. All participants are advised to initiate their visa applications at least three months prior to the symposium date.
